Monroe County Board of County Commissioners approved the Evaluation and Appraisal Report prepared by Keith and Schnars.  This was an extensive process that also included update of their Technical Document and extensive public involvement.  The next phase starting up is the EAR-Based amendments and update of the County Land Development Code.
